Selling Methods
MVCG structures the following selling methods:
- Standard Bulk - The sale of a discrete portfolio in a single transaction
- Flow - The sale of originated servicing rights on a monthly delivery basis to a specified buyer
- Forward Bulk - The sale of originated servicing rights under a forward commitment with quarterly bulk transfers of the servicing rights
