MountainView is interested in purchasing residential whole loans that may have for a variety of reasons fallen outside of agency or investor guidelines. Seasoned portfolio products (including loans serviced by others or loans serviced for others) or loans stranded in warehouse lines are our specialty. We are also a buyer of hard-to-service loans (those with odd ARM indices or documentation problems), as well as high LTV loans without mortgage insurance, wraps, investment properties, second homes, condos, mixed-use properties, and loans with underwriting exceptions.
